Guacamole isn’t just undeniably delicious, it’s also pretty simple, super healthy and totally versatile. That’s why we’re giving away the at-home version of our famous tableside guac from Chef Olivier Le Calvez!

Naturally vegan and gluten-free, guacamole makes sense for almost all dietary restrictions and preferences too! So if it isn’t an essential recipe in your repertoire already, now’s the time to change that! Let us know how yours turns out!

INGREDIENTS

1 avocado
1 tbsp diced tomato
1 tbsp diced onion
1tsp fresh serrano or jalapeños chile finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp chopped cilantro (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 lime juiced


METHOD

Cut your avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop out the "meat" of the avocado into a medium-sized bowl. 

Add your tomato and onion to the bowl. 

Add lime juice to your bowl, mash everything with a fork.

Add your salt, cilantro, and chile and give it a quick stir.
